We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented and enthusiastic Facilities Administrator to keep the PitchBook work and play spaces looking shiny, organized, and squeaky clean. As the Facilities Administrator, you will also the represent the organization in our PitchBook Seattle office and will assist with tasks such as event planning, culture activities, and other operational projects. Responsibilities: Systematically ensure kitchen, bathrooms, conference rooms, workspaces and collaborative areas stay clean and organized Greet visitors, guests and candidates with a welcoming and friendly smile Facilitate office events such as parties, meetings, and team building activities Monitor, order and organize office & kitchen supplies, including managing vendor relationships In coordination with the Executive Assistant, ensure a high level of customer service to our employees in the day to day operations of the office Qualifications: Efficient and organized, with experience managing and juggling tasks and projects Known for being especially friendly, energetic, kind, outgoing, and approachable Detail-oriented, highly reliable, and a dependable self-starter Ability to take direction and work independently on assigned tasks A \u201chands-on, no job is too big or too small\u201d attitude, anticipating needs in advance and ensuring preparations are made for smooth execution Strong organizational skills, including effective time management and prioritization of duties Ability to remain flexible in a constantly changing environment Efficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Physical requirements include ability to lift and carry 20 pounds to perform essential job functions of receiving packages, stocking supplies and organizing kitchens.
