Summary:Under general supervision, supervises, guides and/or instructs the work assignments of subordinate staff. May perform routine maintenance on buildings, facilities and grounds. Cleans and maintains assigned areas. Assists contractors or skilled trades workers with major repairs or renovations. Builds and maintains boating access and facility signs. Maintains stocks equipment and supplies as needed, Manages the security access system for the facility and all modifications on a day-to-day basis. Move furniture, operates hand tools and power cleaning equipment. Performs routine carpentry, plumbing and electrical repairs. Supervises and plans work of assigned staff.
Minimum Qualifications: Four years of related experience or two years of experience at the lower level Facility Maintenance Worker 3 (FES052) or position equivalent. Valid Driver’s license and insurance.
& Physical Demands://Indoor and outdoor work conditions. Must be able to, push, pull, and carry up to 25lbs.
Salary Information:$32,000 annually / Total compensation package, including leave value $57,542 annually
