Job Description The\u00a0Workplace Solutions Manager\u00a0provides leadership and management for the facility and corporate services functions. This role is responsible for overall management of the facility and is expected to implement best practices while providing an exceptional workplace for associates. The ideal candidate will take a proactive approach to supporting the day to day office functions of a fast paced business environment. Primary responsibilities include: \u2022 Plans the work of staff, delegates work, ensures work is completed accurately and on time. \u2022 Oversee maintenance of facilities including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, security, AV etc. \u2022 Responsible for facility service review, audits and corrective action \u2022 Responsible for directing and scheduling projects insuring they are completed on time and within budget, including the development of scope, management of bids, contract coordination, vendor set up and procurement. \u2022 Manage Associate dining program \u2022 Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures \u2022 Responsible for building emergencies \u2022 Responsible for space planning and management, executing associate moves, renovations and installations of facilities assets and equipment \u2022 Maintain and support office audio visual program \u2022 Coordinate and setup resources for employee office social events and town hall meetings on and off site \u2022 Interface with facility vendors and building personnel \u2022 Identify and manage associates amenities. \u2022 Develop and manage site budget, responsible for controlling operating expenses within budgetary guidelines and makes recommendations for cost effective reductions \u2022 Manage, mentor and develop Facilities staff Qualifications: \u2022 Previous facilities or corporate services experience is a must 5 years \u2022 Facility Management Professional (FMP) or Certified Facility Manager (CFM) credential strongly recommend \u2022 Understanding of general accounting practices and processes \u2022 Familiarity with the use of facility management software (IWMS) \u2022 Strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task \u2022 Willingness to take initiative and resolve problems \u2022 Knowledge of facilities management, furniture, space planning and building systems with 5 years\u2019 experience in a high growth company \u2022 Service oriented with strong communication skills both oral and written. Ability to interface with associates at all levels \u2022 Self-motivated, proactive team leader \u2022 Proven skill in strategic planning, forecasting and annual budgeting \u2022 Demonstrated ability to develop successful relationships and influence customers, both internal and external \u2022 Expert understanding of employee services including, conference center operation, and group meetings \u2022 Proven ability to work with and motivate outside vendors \u2022 Detail oriented and results driven \u2022 Proficient in MS Office Suite Conditions of Employment All job offers are contingent upon successful completion of certain background checks which unless prohibited by applicable law may include criminal history checks, employment verification, education verification, drug screens, credit checks, DMV checks (for driving positions only) and fingerprinting.
