Must be capable of understanding blueprints and diagrams to ascertain layout and construction plans.u0026nbsp;u003c/liu003enu003cliu003eMust be capable to plan and estimate materials needed for small renovation projects and can work within.u0026nbsp;u003c/liu003enu003cliu003eCapable of performing all trade skills such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, as directed by Facility Manager or Director of Facilities Management.u0026nbsp;u003c/liu003enu003cliu003eInspects facilities and equipment to determine installation, maintenance, and repair needs.
