We support our employees with opportunities to participate in ongoing development training and support groups.    Southwestern Energy is currently the third largest producer of natural gas in the lower 48 states and we operate one of the largest gas gathering systems in the United States.  We own three major assets which are located in northeast Pennsylvania, West Virginia and southwest Pennsylvania, and in Arkansas’ Fayetteville Shale.    Responsibilities  Coordinate with Water Team Superintendent to provide delivery of water as required for field operationsCoordinate with appropriate Completions and Production personnel in a timely manner to address their needs regarding movement of water.Support continuous operation and maintenance of current water facilities including any work required for facility upgrades, standard maintenance, or repairs. This also includes identifying needs from third party companies to ensure a complete water movement scenario.Develop and implement maintenance and upgrade schedule, including tracking, for water facilitates. Communicate with Water Team Superintendent to ensure execution.Operate SWN’s Water Modeling software for various scenarios and utilize the data to provide system efficiency improvements as well as multiple delivery and movement options. Report on these options and make recommendations as appropriate.Track and report construction and facilities related capital expenditures including budget, forecasting, and monthly accrual reporting.Compile and update cost estimates relating to proposed projects as well as abandonment of existing assets. Prepare and submit associated AFE Requests or Revisions as requested.Assist with and manage field inspection of construction projectsCoordinate with Planning in a timely manner to ensure any temporary facilities required are designed and permitted on schedule for the required water movements.Coordinate and report on third party work associated with construction and water projects.Prepare bidding documents for water construction projects, analyze and tabulate bids receivedManage consultants utilized to produce proposed water facilities and improvements.Responsible for planning reactions to impoundment water levels and source fluctuations, including pass by, in advance of foreseeable issues as communicated by and in conjunction with Water TeamSuperintendent. Superintendent and Engineer shall produce plans for elimination or mitigation of the issue for evaluation. Coordinate with all interested parties regarding solution.Coordinate with Regulatory and Water Team Superintendent to ensure procedures, equipment, and appurtenances are in place to maintain compliance with all SRBC water withdrawal mandates.Compile and analyze data to maintain, track, and provide water handling costs including real time, accurate forecast costs for all water movement scenarios as well as past jobs. ','!*! BS or equivalent degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university10 or more years’ experience in the design, technical analysis, economic analysis, engineering, and construction of water facilities including pumping systems, distribution and collection systems, treatment facilities, and all associated appurtenances.Knowledgeable in SCADA, equipment interface, and system controls.Possess significant knowledge of piping, and instrument design, analysis, facility planning, and equipment layout for various systemsPossess in-depth knowledge and be proficient in the use of computer simulation software, WaterGEMS or equivalent including building models, operating scenarios, and system calibration.  Be proficient in the use of the full Microsoft Suite of software, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and ArcGIS Knowledge of ASME, ASCE, API, NEC, NFPA, PIP, and OSHA standards and guidelines as well as familiarity with current applicable regulations in the Northeast Pennsylvania area.Be able to travel to sites in support of projects as required   **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
