Summary of Key Duties:

Performs task and management on technical projects and assignments

Assures the Computerized Maintenance Management System (Maximo) program conforms to all maintenance and engineering requirements

Drafts policy, procedure and process improvement proposals related to maintenance and equipment reliability issues

Performs data mining using advanced query procedures to manage maintenance labor and resources, effectively and efficiently

Maintains Computerized Maintenance Management System (Maximo) for accuracy including, assets/master equipment list, plant system owners, job plans, PMs, routes, lubrication application, spare parts, LOTOs, work orders, attachments, safety plans, hazards, personal protective equipment, where clauses, etc

Performs quality assessments and ad hoc reviews to maintain accuracy of all areas of the Computerized Maintenance Management System

Identifies and implements modifications/ improvements that drive cost savings and efficiency for both maintenance and utilities systems

Prepares status and metrics reports to assist maintenance management in the management of labor and resources

Manages the predictive maintenance software, hardware, & support contracts for vibration, ultrasound, and infrared in support of maintenance and production equipment and product

Develops and implements plans to load level labor and resources for all system generated work and development of routes to efficiently and effectively complete maintenance task

Provides project maintenance technical guidance on technical maintenance reliability issues and projects

Conducts activities in a safe and healthy manner and works in accordance with established HS&E requirements to ensure the protection of employees, the public and the environment. Takes actions necessary to stop work when an unsafe condition or action is identified.

YOU MUST HAVE

Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or

technical field or equivalent job experience.

Three (3) or more years related experience to include Two (2) or more years' experience with SQL ORACLE

queries and EXCEL usage.

US Citizenship needed to obtain and maintain required US Dept. of Energy Q-level security clearance.

equipment maintenance technologies, including the application of

maintenance engineering principles and technology

related to complex projects.

Ability to understand project drawings and specifications for maintenance

reliability and compatibility with plant structures and utility systems.

Ability to apply concepts, evaluation and quality

assurance techniques to technical maintenance projects and processes, and to provide technical guidance on complex

projects. Ability to work without supervision with latitude for independent action and decision making.

Ability to provide

technical guidance, consultative services, and innovative solutions.
