The Assistant Facilities Manager is responsible for supporting operations U.S. and Canada market of properties for our client under approved processes and procedures in accordance with the requirements of Management Service Agreement. The Assistant Manager will be expected to provide superior client service while enhancing their individual personal and professional skills.  

The role is Client facing and the Assistant Manager must be able to exhibit exceptional customer service and communication skills.


Assist in the transition from 360 nto Corrigo

Ensure Work Orders are routed correctly i.e. to the correct vendor.  Make certain Work Orders are within the scope of work per the MSA. 

Verify which sites are leased/owned to make certain repairs are not done to possible covered landlord expenses.

Review all Not-To-Exceed for clarity and discuss with Account Lead/Client as needed and/or approve within the CMMS systems.

Discuss performance issues with vendors as they arise.

Assist with monthly / quarterly on-site operational reports for the client.

Discuss/coordinate  rebid or vendor issues with sourcing lead and JLL facility team as needed

Support data collection, analysis and reporting to ensure alignment with the Clients’ goals and objectives

Oversee business continuity and recovery activities for the services

Anticipate and respond to Client’s needs and concerns; Serve as the initial point of contact for Client employee and/or vendor inquiries and issues on work order matters

Identify potential risks and escalate, as appropriate, to ensure no disruption to the Client’s operations occur

Engage in a culture of continuous improvement and innovation by leveraging business intelligence, adopting and participating in the development of best practices, new tools, process re-engineering and other ideas that provider service delivery efficiencies

Support ongoing cost reduction programs to reduce operating costs while managing risk  


Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

3 – 5 years prior experience in Operations, Hospitality Services, Facility/Property Management or Supply Chain experience.

Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate, preferred

Knowledge of Corrigo


Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment

Highly collaborative with strong interpersonal skills and track record of excellent internal and external customer service

Ability to work independently – strong prioritization and time management skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally

Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook and Corrigo
