Description Northrop Grumman is seeking a Facilities Representative 3 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Colorado Springs, CO. Realize the rewards of conquering a new challenge. The qualified applicant will become part of Northrop Grumman's Mission Systems Sector Facilities Team. Duties and Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: \u2022 Oversight of the day-to-day Facility operation \u2022 Coordinate and track all required building PMs, tests, and inspections \u2022 Schedule and coordinate vendor\/contractor activities \u2022 Maintain records and documentation for Facilities EH&S required inspections, building Plans and O&M manuals \u2022 Receive and address \u201cfacility work requests\u201d from building occupants \u2022 Provide space planning for employees and Programs \u2022 Coordinate employee and program moves \u2022 Meet with local site and Program management to discuss space growth\/retention \u2022 Maintain current and accurate occupancy space utilization reports using Archibus \u2022 Adhere to Sector Space Standards, Facility Pool and budget \u2022 Follow all Northrop Grumman EH&S compliance regulations including State and Federal \u2022 Support Facilities Management during the annual budget planning process, Data Calls (Corporate\/Sector\/Division), and Audits (Corporate, BSi AS9100, EH&S) \u2022 Coordinate facility and construction projects\/building modifications. Generate SOW\u2019s for these projects. Inspect the quality of the work of our subcontractors. Coordinate with management on larger projects. \u2022 Interface with Landlord for Facility related matters \u2022 Generate Purchase Requisitions in SAP, work closely with Procurement, approve invoices \u2022 Coordinate with other support organizations within Northrop Grumman, i.e., IT, Security, Property \u2022 Maintain a healthy, safe, and appealing work environment for the employees. Be proactive in suggesting and corrective action in areas that need improvement. \u2022 Perform with limited to no supervision. Must be a self-starter with a strong work ethic. \u2022 Oversee recycling, energy conservation, and other cost savings initiatives and programs that benefit the facility budget and environment \u2022 Team player with good communication and people skills. Qualifications Basic Qualifications: 6 Years with Bachelors; 4 Years with Masters; experience in lieu of degree accepted, experience to include Facilities coordination. Proficient computer skills including Microsoft word, Excel and Power Point, \u2022 Proficient writing, organization and planning skills. Ability to obtain\/maintain\u00a0TS\/SCI clearance. \u00a0 Preferred Qualifications: Active TS\/SCI clearance. Leadership qualities, very good communication and interpersonal skills. Able to perform these tasks with minimal supervision. No instructions needed on routine work and general. Instructions given on new lines of work or special assignments. \u00a0Must be able to prioritize own activities in a very dynamic work environment. \u00a0AutoCAD and Archibus experience\u00a0 Microsoft Visio and Adobe experience\u00a0 Facility Project Management experience\u00a0 High level understanding of building systems High level understanding of Building construction\u00a0 High level understanding of building\/facilities operations\u00a0 Any Leadership and Supervisory experience Northrop Grumman is committed to hiring and retaining a diverse workforce.
