Make and distribute schedule. Scheduling set up and break down of waterpark with contacts. CPR/First Aid Certified. Train attendants on paperwork, cash handling, and reporting. Must have strong leadership and communication skills. Customer service oriented. Follow and demonstrate Nautical Way Policy and Procedures. Enforcing all rules and regulations to maintain the safest atmosphere possible. Assists guests with any basic requests or questions. At all times while on rotation-life saving tube must be ready for use either with the strap around upper torso and tube across abdomen or if sitting, tube across lap with strap placed in lap with easy access to grab. Monitor complete coverage of the waterpark area. Keep dock and area surrounding the dock free from any debris or harmful items as well as maintain a general cleanliness of Waterpark dock and area. Maintain current waterpark safety lifeguard training. Perform lifesaving and first aid duties as needed. Set up waterpark toys and beginning of season; Take down at end of season. Responsible for daily records on who comes into park-Liability Forms, Cash Records, etc. Must be punctual for assigned shifts. Cell Phones not permitted on shift-limited to use on breaks or emergency uses. Performs any and all other duties or functions that contribute to the overall daily operations of the waterpark. Taking out and putting away all equipment or materials required for shift. (i.e.: first aid kits, back boards, life-saving tubes, AED, etc.) Salary due to experience
