The Facilities Supervisor will lead a team of Reliability & Maintenance Engineering (RME) technicians and ensure a safe working environment for all.Responsibilities include:Dedicated to supporting site operations by working in a safe, customer-focused manner; and must be highly self motivated and customer-centric.Develop and implement solutions to difficult problems, manage outside contractors as needed, and be on call for off hour emergencies.Handle multiple projects and daily activities, meet deadlines, and develop plans on how to accomplish departmental and operational goals.Ensure that all safety programs and procedures are followed, understand and implement any new safety programs.Develop and maintain preventative maintenance programs.Develop and maintain good working relationships with operations.Develop business plans and provide guidance and direction for the successful implementation of those plans.Work within and monitor department budgets. Manage and maintain supplies, and spare parts inventories. Manage labor hours and stay within approved budgets.Successful candidates must have the ability to provide enriched feedback to enhance individual performance, provide employees with written performance appraisals including discipline as needed up to termination.
