Engility is seeking a highly motivated and customer service oriented person to serve as a Facilities Project Manager to join our talented team in our Las Cruces, NM office. The ideal candidate shall have oversight on maintenance, repair and construction projects. This is a dynamic environment at the customer's site. Candidate will be working with the customer on project documentation for the Invitation for Bid (IFB) process or Statements of Work to be used for task orders to the Site's Operations and Maintenance contractor. He/She shall be responsible for review of architectural drawings and specifications, cost evaluations, submittal evaluations and quality control of the construction contractor. Responsible for Scope, cost and schedule oversight for the project from cradle to grave. It will be necessary to maintain project files, both electronically and hard copy. Provide Weekly Activity Reports and make recommendations to the government client on the progress of the contractor.
Must possess a Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or architectural field with 6 year's relevant experience in IC, DOD or Commercial Industry in the last 10 years An active TS/SCI with Poly is required Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to team with industry partners Demonstrated experience with project and construction estimating Demonstrated track record of adhering to tight schedules with demonstrated ability to work in a team environment Ability to manage multiple and competing resources Adept at responding to customer requirements for renovations, office moves and furniture recapitalization Demonstrated project management skills associated with managing performance, budget, schedules, and adhering to control gates Knowledge of federal, state and local building and safety codes
Experience with MS Project or equivalent scheduling tool. Experience in schedule analysis
