The Facilities Coordinator
provides support to the Business Services Manager to provide excellent customer service to our clients.
Assists with the oversight of subcontractor management of cleaning, light maintenance, pest control, waste management, security, landscaping, snow removal, and mailroom operations,
Manages all moves, adds, changes
Prior Facilities Management experience within the Business & Industry sector
Or prior Hospitality experience in a management role, Housekeeping Manager, Front Office Manager, Convention Coordinators, Operations/General Manager
Experience with Soft Services to include Janitorial
GMP experience preferred but not required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Client Relations and Customer Service Oriented
Team leadership Abilities; Staffing Recruiting, Development and Relations
Planning, Organization & System Know-how
