The candidate will partner with Senior and Line Management to develop, execute, and provide effective programs to drive broad EH&S performance improvement and in support of the company's EH&S requirements and plans. This individual will manage/lead the EH&S function, providing strategic direction, leadership, and technical support to advance EH&S programs with a primary focus on ensuring a safe workplace and the facility is in compliance with all local, state, federal, and UTC/UTAS EH&S related requirements. In addition, this candidate will lead the Facilities/Equipment Management team. In this role, the individual will be responsible for management of services and processes that support the business operations and ensure that employees have a suitable work environment. The candidate must have the ability to develop and execute long-term plans for facilities and equipment that support the business strategies and effectively manage the day-to-day routine and emergent facilities and equipment related issues. This position will require a highly energetic, self-driven, and dedicated EH&S professional.
