\u003cli\u003eOversees staff that installs, inspects, repairs, and maintains building systems, including but not limited to mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, safety, environmental related equipment, and waste management.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eTracks facility service requests and ensures requests are completed within established timelines and quality standards.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eSchedules and ensures completion of preventative maintenance work orders.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eMaintain a safe and effective working environment.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eTrains team on policies and procedures.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eCoordinates work to be completed by contractors and skilled trades.\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eMakes day-to-day decisions for department.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eCreates and monitors annual budgets for the facility equipment/building/HVAC systems and utilities for the Simpsonville facility.\u003c/li\u003e
