We are seeking an experienced Lead Site Representative to be the reprographics point-person at our prestigious client's site.

The Lead Site Representative will be the point-person in reprographics, responsible for maintaining and promoting positive customer relationships.
Responsible for prompt and accurate receiving and processing of all print requests.
Organize and monitor staffing for printing, binding, and delivery; coach junior team members as appropriate; follow established customer inquiry process and promptly respond to customer needs and requests.
Maintain and promote positive customer relationships.
Generate daily and monthly reports; process vendor billing.
Oversees or performs preventive maintain functions.
Oversees Quality Control Checks Operator will review electronic file for print readiness, print documents, punch, bind, assemble, sort, laminate and perform pre-delivery quality control check.
Receive, log, deliver and track all activity for reporting purposes.
Respond to customer requests; perform routine upkeep and basic maintenance of equipment.
Record and track customer inquiries and fulfillment of requests.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, advanced proficiency in the operation of the machinery located at the site and in production and workflow applications, ability to multi-task, excellent customer service and communication skills, basic computer skills, prior experience in a customer environment, technical knowledge to maintain and troubleshoot equipment within the department, ability to lift paper and packages weighing up to 55lbs. Knowledge of outsourcing/facilities management, such as copy center, mailroom, records/file management, document imaging, reprographics, and facsimile operations are highly desirable.
The position requires working familiarity with all established procedures (workflow) and policies observed at the site. Good customer service and communication skills are required. Maintaining and promoting positive customer relationships are essential.
