The Facilities Manager is primarily responsible for leading corporate wide facilities projects and initiatives. Responsible for maintaining project schedules, budget information, development of cost estimates for new opportunities. The Facilities Manager will possess the technical experience, business acumen, and ability to manage diverse multi-task assignments and projects.
Manages a wide variety of construction / facilities projects for the purpose of ensuring compliance with state, federal, city and/or county regulations.
Monitors construction / facilities projects related to the financial activity for the purpose of ensuring that allocations are accurate, related revenues are generated and expenses are within budget limits.
Prepares and presents information relative to construction / facilities projects which includes but not limited to (budget, contracts, space planning, moving expenses, lease negotiations etc.) Identifies appropriate actions, develops recommendations that support project initiatives.
Responsible for property, site assessment and negotiation of purchased and/or leased properties.
Provides leadership for the successful implementation of special projects and initiatives that support FFB's short and long-term goals and strategies.
Communicates with senior management for the purpose of coordinating facilities planning and construction operations and/or activities, resolves issues and conflicts and exchanging information.
Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Needed to Perform Essential Functions of the Job:
Must have working knowledge of general components of construction & facilities maintenance.
5-7 years Facilities Project Management work experience
Must be able to travel 40% of the time.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent facilities project management work experience
Project Management Certification ? preferred
LEED Certification ? preferred

Occasionally lifts and carries up to 20 lbs.
Occasionally sits, stands, walks and drives.
