Job Description
The **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. is recruiting for a Facility Attendant for the Residential Life, Housing, and Food Services department. This position does not provide layoff rights and is contingent upon funding. The incumbent will perform building rounds, monitor access points and lobbies for suspicious activity, enforce safety/security policies as outlined by the RLFHS Standards of Conduct, and document and notify appropriate staff regarding the potential risk of harm or damage to the building/residents (e.g. fires, facility issues, etc.). Facility Attendants also provide desk services including lockout assistance, package handling, and related work as required.

Required Qualifications
Graduation from high school or equivalent education and six months of experience involving public ****, these positions have been identified as affecting public safety. Persons offered employment in these positions must submit to a pre-employment screening for controlled substances.

Schedule
This position works 40 hours per week during the academic year, take one month off during winter closure, and work a variable, part-time schedule during summer months; this is subject to change based on organizational needs.?
