This position is located at Soto Gym - Fort Bliss, Texas.

Serve as a facility maintenance technician. Responsible for 6 physical fitness centers fitness equipment. Work under the direction of the manager.
Diagnoses issues with equipment, works with manufacturer tech support to resolve issues, replaces parts on equipment, orders parts and fills out work orders.
Coordinates maintenance activities for continuous operation of gym equipment.
Assists with the development and design of preventive maintenance schedules; assists with the development of new systems and procedures for tracking maintenance of equipment.
Maintains an inventory of parts and tools at all times. This position requires a high level of dedication and flexibility.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
Demonstrated ability to performs the duties described above.
Must have and retain a valid driver's license.
Best Qualified Criteria:
Posses an Associates Degree (or higher) in Maintenance Technology
Have one (1) year experience repairing and maintaining cardiovascular health/fitness equipment (Life Fitness, Precor, Hammer Strength, etc.)
Have experience taking volts, amps, & ohms measurements
Have experience using Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
