Real Estate and Facilities Project Manager Key Role:
Work as a member of the Booz Allen corporate team, including managing real estate projects from inception to close-out to support the firm's facilities strategy and goals for new facilities, expansions, and consolidations of the firm's 2.7M/RSF real estate portfolio, identification of space, analysis of options, lease execution, and design and construction implementation. Take the lead to act as a liaison between project teams, stakeholders, and leadership for communicating RE recommendations and decisions. Work with occupancy planning and transaction management teams to assess new facilities, attend market tours, develop facilities analysis and options, and manage internal approvals. Maintain responsibility for oversight of the project management team for all project activities and ensure facilities standards and workplace strategies are adhered to. Work with stakeholders to meet business requirements and obtain approvals. Provide oversight to internal teams to ensure project budgets and schedules are adhered to. Work within an outsourced facilities organization model, including transaction management and project management.
-10 years of experience in a corporate real estate environment
-Experience in a leadership role, including dealing with the firm's client management team and stakeholders to make recommendations in support of facilities strategy
-Ability to master internal corporate processes and procedures as integral requirements for all projects
-Ability to demonstrate agility and flexibility in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
-Ability to be independent and self-directed in leading multiple projects and meeting short and long term deliverables
-BA or BS degree
-Knowledge of real estate and architectural and interior commercial design
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-Possession of excellent teamwork, follow-up, and financial analysis skills
