EAT Club is a food e-commerce startup that is revolutionizing the way people eat lunch at their office. Oversee technical and mechanical work that ensures the facilities equipment, physical plant, HVAC, lighting and plumbing is operating and maintained at proper levels; kitchen and warehouse equipment, amenities, and office areas of the property are working correctly.
Works with QA Team on HACCP & Food Safety Programs
Assist in developing systems for work orders and tickets to track and complete repairs and associated costs.
Identify with the Plant Manager needed repairs, equipment and facility improvements, source products and vendors and schedule walk throughs for bids.
Develop contact list of vendors and contractors who will work with our bidding process to ensure the best work at the best cost.
Inspecting work performed by other service team members, contractors, vendors and other service providers to verify that the work. Track the cost and needs of equipment repair and assist with finding alternatives to existing equipment
Maintaining adequate inventory of spare parts and maintenance material.
Proficiency in customer service and interpersonal communication skills, in order to effectively interact with team members, and other business contacts, respond courteously to questions and requests, and stay calm when addressing and resolving customer problems.
Manage Building maintenance
2 Years of relevant work experience in a facilities supervisory role (Food Production is STRONGLY PREFERRED)
Must be HACCP certified
Must have 2-3 years of Mechanical/Electrical troubleshooting and repair experience
Knowledge of and ability to diagnose and repair mechanical and basic electrical systems
A high school diploma or equivalent.
Availability to respond to after hour emergencies as needed.
Proficient in Microsoft Suite, Google Docs and Computer Skills.
Proficiency in English skills (Reading/Writing/Speaking)
Bilingual in Spanish preferred
