Job Description: POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT: This position is responsible to act on the owners behalf for planning, coordinating, and directing all project activities from project initiation through completion in all areas including patient, procedure, and administrative space. Also, this position will be responsible to manage space allocation and programming efforts. Performs other duties as assigned. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education: BA\/BS in architecture, interior design, or facilities management Experience: Minimum of 5 years experience in facilities project and space management in a health care environment. Licensure\/ Registration\/ Certification: None Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Effective leadership skills to achieve organizational and department goals Effective prioritization skills Strong knowledge of building codes as they relate to ADA, Fire\/Life Safety, and Joint Commission. Ability to collaborate effectively and tactfully with project personnel, internal staff, and stakeholders to meet project goals.
