Facilities Managerru003cbru003eru003cbru003eObjective:ru003cbru003eThe Facilities Manager plans, organizes and controls activities relating to the physical plant, security, safety, and custodial service to ensure that Raydon’s facilities meets operational needs and that future operational needs are addressed in a timely fashion.ru003cbru003eru003cbru003eru003cbru003eTypical Duties:ru003cbru003e•tDirect work involved with operating and maintaining facility HVAC equipment, plumbing and electrical systems, fire suppression systems, lighting, housekeeping, grounds keeping, company vehicles, appliances, and physical security equipment;ru003cbru003e•tOversee, evaluate, and control departmental budget, schedule, quality of work, documentation, service requests, and priorities;ru003cbru003e•tEnsure compliance with all City, County, State and Federal Health and Safety (OSHA), and Fire Ordinances; ru003cbru003e•tManage major renovation projects, including cost estimates, Statements of Work (SOW), furniture and equipment purchases, delivery and installation;ru003cbru003e•tManage vendors for grounds keeping, housekeeping, security, pest control, HVAC maintenance, elevator maintenance, and utilities;ru003cbru003e•tExecute environmental permit applications, monitors permitted equipment, and maintains record keeping requirements to ensure compliance; ru003cbru003e•tMaintain floor plans and records of space utilization, develop weighted averages of space for cost assignment; ru003cbru003e•tPerform management responsibilities including performance evaluation, work schedule, training, and motivation;ru003cbru003e•tParticipate in Emergency Management planning and coordinates Disaster Recovery plans;ru003cbru003e•tOther departmental duties as required. ru003cbru003eru003cbru003eMinimum Qualifications:ru003cbru003e•tAssociate degree or higher, preferably in Business or Building/Facilities management;ru003cbru003e•tSeven years of experience in building management and maintenance in a management capacity;ru003cbru003e•tExperience managing direct reports;ru003cbru003e•tAbility to read and interpret building blueprints and site plans;ru003cbru003e•tProficiency in computer-aided design software, such as AutoCAD;ru003cbru003e•tExcellent leadership and communication skills;ru003cbru003e•tProject Management skills, including planning, scheduling, delegating, functional and project cost analysis, and budget management;ru003cbru003e•tAbility to develop and maintain strong interpersonal working relationships at all levels, within and outside of the company. ru003cbru003e ru003cbru003eCandidates must be U.S. Persons as defined in the ITAR, 22 CFR 120.15 (U.S. Citizenship or Resident Alien Status) and as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1101(a) (20).ru003cbru003eru003cbru003ePreferred Qualifications:ru003cbru003e•tBachelor’s degree in Building/Facilities Management;ru003cbru003e•tExperience interfacing with code and ordinance enforcement officials from local, state and federal agencies;ru003cbru003e•tExperience managing projects within Microsoft Project;ru003cbru003e•tWorking knowledge of electrical, mechanical and HVAC systems.ru003cbru003eru003cbru003eru003cbru003eru003cbru003eru003cbru003eru003cbru003eAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or protected veteran status.
