Description: The main responsibility of the Fleet & Facilities Coordinator in the Bakken will be to develop the best way to manage the business unit\u2019s (BU\u2019s) fleet and manage vendors to ensure vehicle maintenance occurs in the most cost effective, timely and efficient manner. The Coordinator will also serve as back-up to the Bakken Facilities Director and assist in performing associated duties as needed. Responsibilities may include: Establish a management program for the BU fleet that will schedule their vehicles for oil changes, PM\u2019s, repairs and forecast replacement that will allow a 3-year plan\/budget to be developed. Coordinate and oversee repair and service of 160 BU field and pool vehicles. Most needing serviced at least once per quarter. Manage BU Pool vehicles including check out process and service items. Coordinate and oversee vehicle documentation to include, Insurance, registration, License plates. Act as service provider (Wheels) point of contact for the Bakken. Assist BU in the planning\/coordination of fleet replacement based on mileage and repair costs of vehicles. Assist in oversight of cleaning and repairs for two town houses (Dickinson) and three apartments (Watford City) used for employee housing. Back-up and vacation relief for Bakken Facilities Director. Serve as \u201cback-up\u201d for the Bakken Facilities Director and assist where needed with facilities management duties (~ 20% of role) Provide oversight of work at Watford City, ND facility consisting of: Janitorial, landscaping, preventative and predictive facilities maintenance( i.e. changing air filters, heat and air system PM\u2019s, exterior building (windows, roofs, doors) electrical systems, fire sprinkler & fire alarm systems, security systems and cameras, backup generators, parking lot sealing and stripping, etc.); facilities repair work (i.e. HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, roofs, windows, doors, furniture, fire sprinkler & fire alarm systems, security systems and cameras, etc.) Oversite consists of making contact with approved contractors and scheduling them to perform work onsite. Assist in care and maintenance of 5 building sites separated by 32 miles at the closest and 350 at the furthest. This includes janitorial, landscape, snow removal for sidewalks and parking lots, all facilities maintenance and repairs, meeting planning, meeting room set-up, catering coordination, Ensure contractors understand the scope of work and the safety requirements of ConocoPhillips. Complete all Real Estate & Facilities Services (REFS) HSE\/OSHA required permits and check lists. Interface with Supply Chain to set up new contractors in system Make security badges and collaborate with corporate security to enter new employees and contractors in the system for both the BU and REFS. Oversight of company provided employee housing. Oversee the cleaning, stocking of consumables, set up of furniture and household items, needed repairs, TV\/internet service set up and bill paying. Use SAP system to create work orders, building schedules, coding\/approving invoices. Travel between sites is estimated to be 40% to 50% of the time, sometimes in extreme weather conditions. This travel will be done in a vehicle and will include many hours of driving between sites in remote areas. Basic\/Required: Legally authorized to work in the United States 3 years of experience in facilities management Proficient with Word, PowerPoint and Excel Willing and able to travel up to 50% of the time Willing and able to travel by car, driving long hours between remote locations in sometimes extreme weather conditions Preferred: 3 years of experience in fleet management Associate degree or higher in business, building\/facilities management or facilities related field Proficient with SAP Takes ownership of actions and follows through on commitments by holding others accountable and standing up for what\u2019s right Delivers results through realistic planning to accomplish goals Generates effective solutions based on available information and makes timely decisions that are safe and ethical Listens actively and invites dialogue for shared understanding, then influences and acts to drive performance and achieve results To be considered for this position you must complete the entire application process, which includes answering all prescreening questions and providing your eSignature on or before the requisition closing date of June 20, 2018 .
