This position is located in the Division of Administration, Kansas City Regional Office of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and provides support in the areas of building operations and related service programs for the regional office and associated field offices.

To qualify applicants must have 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the grade 12 level in the Federal service. Specialized experience is experience in facilities management to include leasing, building regulations, code requirements, space planning, building support services, security, and acquisition policies and procedures as they relate to facilities management.
There is no substitution of education for the experience for this position.
