A facility director is a person who has a great deal of responsibility when it comes to building management, and you will find that facilities management itself is a challenging field, though it is not without its rewards. You need to be able to work with people and to direct them towards their duties. Consider how you feel about your ability to manage others and how you feel about being a supervisor.
